Primavera P6 is the essential software for a Project Planner, used for project planning: schedule charts, cost estimation, manpower estimation, change order assessment, checking whether the remaining cost is enough to finish the remaining work with earned value calculation, measuring project productivity with productivity calculation, and much more.

In this OJT you will plan 2 projects using Primavera: a FEED project (Front End Engineering Design), and an EPC project (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) as your final project.

Your final project will be reviewed by the mentor to make sure the project plan is done correctly. Once approved by the Mentor, your training certificate will be issued.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

After this training, participants are expected to be:

  2. Able to break the scope down into a work breakdown structure.
  3. Able to tell whether the remaining project cost is enough to finish the remaining work.
